Graduated in Mechanical Engineering and PhD from the Department of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering of the University of Patras, Thesis title “Study of the heat island phenomenon, impact on the energy behavior of buildings”. He has extensive experience in writing studies on E/M installations, energy upgrades and K.E.N.A.K. studies. He has also worked as a freelancer in the Technical Service of the University of Patras, where he has served in the positions of Head of Departments and Deputy Head of Departments for seventeen years. He has a very good knowledge of the legislation governing public works. His research interests concern issues of building energy design, energy saving and bioclimatic design of buildings - urban structures.
