The graduation design thesis concerns the study and design of a public building which will house swimming areas and water play spaces as well as spaces for exercise, recreation and wellness.

The building in its closed configuration has the form of a hemisphere; however, it can be transformed though rotations of its envelope components about the centre of the hemisphere. Thus, the building sometimes may be closed and offer protection from adverse weather conditions, while some other times may 'open' to the outside and integrate with the surrounding environment.
